واقع #عفرين نقلا عن شهود مدنيين:
تم سرقة جميع السيارات سواءا العامة أو الخاصة بما فيها آليات جمع القمامة وصهاريج المياه، والاطفائيات والدراجات النارية والهوائية.
إضافة لنهب غالبية المحلات والمستودعات الخاصة والعامة وحرق محلات المشروبات الروحية.
كما تم نهب وسلب المستلزمات المنزلية بدءا من اسطوانات الغاز والاجهزة الكهربائية وحتى الاثاث والفرش من المنازل.
وقبل كل شي شملت عمليات السرقة الذهب والاموال، وكل المعلقات من الصور والرسوم تم كسرها أو حرقها.
يعاني الناس من غياب مصادر المياه بعد اغلاق تدفق المياه من المحطة المركزية وسرقة صهاريج المياه كلها تقريبا، والقليل المتبقي من الصهاريج معطل بسبب فقدان المحروقات.
الحصول على المواد الغذائية منعدم، واقتناء الطعام منحصر بتوزيع المنظمات التركية للوجبات الغذائية.
يعمل مشفى ديرسم فقط من خلال تقديم المعاينات والجراحات الصغرى فقط، مع غياب كافة الصيدليات والمخابر الطبية بعد نهبها وسلبها.
يواجه المدنيين عمليات ابتزاز وإكراه دائمة على الحواجز في مداخل المدينة وبين الأحياء، يصل إلى حد خلع المدنيين ملابسهم واهانتهم، وتفتيش الاجهزة الخليوية وغالبا يتم مصادرتها.
كل شخص متهم بالعلاقة مع حزب ب ك ك ( الادارة الذاتية) حتى يدفع أو يحال إلى اماكن مجهولة.
المدنيين الراغبين بالعودة إلى عفرين يمنعون من الرجوع من قبل جنود الجيش التركي مباشرة دون ذكر الاسباب.
الناس متخوفة مما يشاع عن تشكيل مجالس و اجهزة شرطية من عناصر لا تنتمي للمنطقة.
تكتظ الشوارع بمخلفات عمليات التعفيش والدمار الناتج عن القصف.
ملئت جدران المنازل والعمارات والمحلات بكتابات تحمل اسماء الكتائب وامراء الفصائل للاشارة إلى ملكية الفصيل لذلك المكان واحقيته في اغتنام ماتوفر هناك.
عمليات السرقة والنهب مستمرة رغم كل شيء.

All cars, both public and private, including garbage collection vehicles, water tanks, air conditioners, motorcycles and airbags were stolen
Most of the shops and private and public stores were looted and the liquor shops burned
Looted household items ranging from gas cylinders, electrical appliances and even furniture and mattresses of houses there.
Before all, robberies included gold and money, and all the pendants of pictures and drawings were broken or burned
People suffer from the absence of water sources after the closure of the water flow from the central station and the theft of almost all water tanks, and the remaining few tanks are disabled due to the loss of fuel.
