وردت معلومات متطابقة عن إقدام عدد من فصائل الجيش الحر الموالية لتركيا على تنفيذ حملات اعتقال تعسفية ترهيبية ضد السكان المدنيين في القرى #الكردية بنواحي جنديرس ومعبطلي في #عفرين، بالتزامن مع أنباء عن حالات تعذيب شديدة لمدنيين.
وذكرت مصادر تخشى الكشف عن هويتها عن ممارسات تستهدف إجبار المدنيين على ادلاء بشهادات كاذبة امام الكاميرات، وتعريضهم للتعذيب والتنكيل وفرض منع تجوال الاهالي ضمن القرية، مضيفة أن المسلحين المتواجدين في كل قرية ويتبعون لفصائل مختلفة يقتحمون المنازل ليلا ويهددونهم بشكل المستمر بالذبح والقتل، ويقدمون على تغطية وجوه الاهالي وسلب كل ممتلكاتهم.
وتلقى عدد من أبناء عفرين المقيمين في بلدان اللجوء تهديدات عبر هواتف جوال عائدة للاهالي بقتل ذويهم واقربائهم، مالم يدفعوا فديات مقابل حياتهم.
Identical information was received about a number of pro-#Turkish Free Army factions carrying out arbitrary arrests against the civilian population in the #Kurdish villages of the Jinderes and Mabtali districts of Afrin, in conjunction with reports of severe torture against civilians.
The sources, who are afraid to reveal their identity reported about practices aimed at forcing civilians to give false testimony in front of cameras, and subjected to torture and abuse and imposing curfews within the village, adding that the militants in each village who are aligned with various factions enter homes at night and constantly threaten to slaughter and kill, they cover faces of the inhabitants and rob all their possessions.
A number of Afrin residents living in asylum countries have received threats via mobile phones of their parents about killing their relatives, unless they pay ransom for their lives.
