كشفت وسائل إعلام محسوبة على المعارضة ( شهبا برس) عن مقتل جمال حافظ مدير مركز #الدفاع_المدني في مارع "#القبعات_البيض" أثناء مشاركته في عمليات غصن الزيتون في بلدة ديرصوان في ريف عفرين، وذلك خلال تفكيكه الغام ارضية هناك.
منظمة الدفاع المدني السوري المعنية بإجلاء الضحايا في مناطق القصف و التي ترعاها دول أوروبية، بدورها اعترفت في خبر نشرتها بمقتل " حافظ" لكن بعد نقل مكان مقتله من #دير_صوانإلى مدينة #اعزاز، بغية التغطية على خروج المنظمة عن دورها المفترض إلى المشاركة في في الجهد الحربي التركي والمساهمة في قتل الناس عبر مرافقته لقوات الاحتلال التركي، بحسب ناشطين كرد.
